Carol Bellini is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation with a strong background in leadership coaching. She has a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior and attended Georgetown’s Leadership Coach Certificate program in 2008. Carol has been coaching individuals, teams, and business leaders since 2001 when she was first certified by Gallup as a Strengths Performance Coach.
In 2008, she founded Transforming Strengths, LLC. Since this time, she has facilitated thousands of coaching sessions with people across a variety of professional levels, industries, and cultures. She is a seasoned master strengths coach who inspires people to understand and capitalize on their talents in order to unlock their potential.

Carol has been highly successful in helping individuals take full advantage of their talents by finding practical ways to invest in what they do best. Having worked for many years in leadership roles prior to becoming a coach, Carol’s understanding of leadership and business challenges helps her engage people in powerful coaching conversations that inspire personal growth and development. Her strength as a coach is to leave clients more competent and more fulfilled so that they are better able to contribute in their work roles and in their lives.
